Technical Monitoring Engineer
Your territory
As part of our Technical Support team, you will:
- Take charge of monitoring and optimizing the behavior of our cutting-edge devices in the field
- Dive deep into technical issues and errors in our devices, conduct thorough analysis, and provide innovative solutions.
- Monitor relevant KPIs and overall performance of our product in the field, ensuring we're always exceeding our customer's expectations
- Respond to internal requests from various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the monitoring team, contributing to the optimization of firmware performance
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Very good understanding of electronics and hardware products
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build and enhance monitoring systems
- Ideally experience working with small hardware products and microcontrollers, showcasing expertise in low-level programming
- Ideally professional or project experience in the respective field (e.g. Cellular, GPS …)
- Very good English skills
