Payment Solutions Product Manager
Your territory
As part of our Product team, you will:
- Work on strategic payment-related projects in an international context and find innovative solutions that cater to our customers' payment needs
- Be the main contact between Tractive and our payment providers (Adyen, Paypal, etc.)
- Drive payment provider partnerships and integrations at Tractive
- Optimize payment authorization rates across different domains (e-commerce and recurring subscription payments)
- Provide custom payment options and analyze trends on a country basis (North America & Europe)
- Drive initiatives to lower involuntary churn
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing payments in a mid to large scale B2C organization (experience in recurring payments a strong plus)
- Good technical knowledge and experience working with payment provider integrations (reading, understanding API documentation etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Very good English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit
