Amazon Growth Manager

Full-time (4 days, 35h/week) or Part-time (min 30h/week)

Your territory

As part of our international Amazon team, you will:

  • Be at the forefront of our sales strategy, focusing on expanding Tractive's presence and performance on Amazon
  • Maximize Tractive’s growth potential on Amazon by testing and implementing new growth initiatives
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive growth and optimize conversion rates
  • Collaborate proactively with various teams in a project mode to enhance Amazon sales strategy
  • Define and implement timely changes, measuring their impact effectively
  • Innovate to boost sales and visibility on Amazon, challenging the status quo
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
 

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growing Amazon accounts, with a proven track record of success
  • Proactive and creative thinker, with a strong ability to bring forward optimization ideas
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for data visualization and making data-driven decisions
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
