As part of our international Amazon team, you will:
Be at the forefront of our sales strategy, focusing on expanding Tractive's presence and performance on Amazon
Maximize Tractive’s growth potential on Amazon by testing and implementing new growth initiatives
Analyze performance metrics to drive growth and optimize conversion rates
Collaborate proactively with various teams in a project mode to enhance Amazon sales strategy
Define and implement timely changes, measuring their impact effectively
Innovate to boost sales and visibility on Amazon, challenging the status quo
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
3+ years of experience in growing Amazon accounts, with a proven track record of success
Proactive and creative thinker, with a strong ability to bring forward optimization ideas
Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for data visualization and making data-driven decisions
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
